Acting within its limits and representing multiple constituencies, we intend to find latent commonalities; exposing mutual political, social, and economic benefits through development and architecture. // Blurring the delineation between architecture and development we have appropriated characteristics from each. We seek to combine sound capital structures complemented by innovative design strategies, which seek to inform the market rather than comply with current trends.
